Overview

After five successful editions, the scientific writing activity is back! In a few words, the scientific writing activity is a wonderful opportunity to discover the publication and peer review processes. This activity includes a Q&A session with Professor Gilbert Laporte on writing scientific papers and two group meeting sessions to promote the exchange of ideas. During the activity we will ask you to write a short scientific paper (i.e. extended abstract) that will be revised by the other participants. A final paper must be submitted by the end of March 2024. See the global schedule.

• November 17, 2023, 10h - First writing group session.
• December 15, 2023 - LaTeX for scientific writing.
• January 15, 2024 - Extended abstract submission.
• February 23, 2024, 10h - Second writing group session / Answering to reviewers.
• March 25, 2024 - Final abstract submission.
• May 6-8, 2024 - Presentation session at 2024 Optimization Days.
