This report proposes two electricity pricing strategies for the Major of an American town of 16,000 people. An implementation with the AIMMS software is presented along with an interface that was built to be used by people not familiar with optimization. This work was awarded second place in the 6th AIMMS-MOPTA Optimization Modeling Competition in 2014.
