In collaboration with CentrEau, CIRRELT and RRECQ, we are publishing a new document on the themes of research collaboration and teamwork as part of EDI approaches.

The document synthesizes preliminary research on good teamwork practices. It aims to improve the conditions for collaboration in the research environment, between and within teams, and to encourage the multiplication and diversification of collaborations. The document focuses primarily on issues related to the diversity of disciplines, methodological approaches to research and academic backgrounds.

The publication makes recommendations for research networks and their members, whether professors, students or research support staff.
