Price of anarchy in a dynamic game of environmental management
, , and BibTeX reference
We consider a linear-state dynamic game played over an event tree and determine analytically the price of anarchy (PoA), as well as lower and upper bounds for this price. Next, we assess how this PoA varies with the parameter values of two variants of an environmental control model. In the first case, there is only an environmental interaction between the players, whereas in the second variant there is also an economic interaction between players' decisions.
