Hydro-Québec's first "mega" wind farm will be built in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. The state-owned company is due to make the announcement on Wednesday. The project, which will be the second largest in the world, will cover an area 13 times the size of the island of Montreal. (Radio-Canada)
