Purchase procedure and reimbursement policy
Any amount paid for an activity can only be refunded to the holder of the credit card used in the transaction. To request a refund please email us no later than one month before the event date at congres@gerad.ca. A 50% deduction will be applied for the processing fee. (Note that no refund requests will be accepted after the event.)
