Participation fees cover the lectures, coffee breaks, five lunches, and a school dinner on Thursday night. They are:

615 $CA (~410 euros) for students, including postdocs
925 $CA (~615 euros) for professors and senior researchers
1500 $CA (~1000 euros) for participants in industry (or other non-academic)

Reimbursement policy: Registered participants who wish to withdraw from the school after their registration will receive a 50% reimbursement up until April 15, 2025. No reimbursement will be issued afterwards.

Registration will be open from February 3 (3:00 pm Paris time, i.e., 9:00 am Montréal time) to March 14, 2025. We only accept payments by credit card.

Space is limited, therefore a first-come, first-served policy will be applied.
If you cannot register due to this space limitation, send us an email at congres@gerad.ca and we will put you on a waiting list.
