Online registration will open March 1st.

**Warning: When filling the registration form, you will be asked for your “invoice details”. In this section, you have to choose a Document type: NIE (for Spanish residents) or your tax-ID (this field is mandatory). If you are not Spanish resident, please choose tax-ID. If you do not have a tax-ID, or you just do not want to give this information, just type 0000

Cancellations must be received in writing; no refunds will be issued after June 15, 2024. Note that no refund requests will be accepted after the event.

The registration fees are:

The registration fees include coffee breaks; lunches; a conference dinner; and a late afternoon cocktail reception.
** The accompanying person has only access to the conference dinner and cocktail reception.

To be included in the final program, at least one author must register before June 1, 2024.
